Hors d’oeuvres -- Grilled Scallops with Quinoa Salad and Orange Vinaigrette / Grilled Asparagus Salad served with Aceto Balsamico, white Tomato Gelee and green Asparagus
Main Course -- Juniper roasted Duck Breast, Cranberry Barley Risotto and braised Endive.
The duck breast is quite tender and moist, and I almost forgot to take this picutre before devouring it.
Pan-seared strips of beef filet served with tagliatelle.
Soup -- Essence of the Anjou Pigeon.
